Dr. Koutsospyros is an exceptional doctor who truly takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly and patiently even with his extremely busy schedule. He treats every patient with kindness and respect and offers a wide range of effective pain management options that can help people avoid relying on narcotics. For my lower back pain ablation therapy has been especially effective since it is steroid free and the relief can last up to six months or even longer. I greatly appreciate having access to treatments that address pain in a thoughtful and personalized way. The entire office is first class and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful and very flexible when it comes to scheduling or rescheduling appointments. Nurse Practitioner Johnathan is also wonderful being professional and easygoing and compassionate and always willing to listen and help. He has made me feel supported whenever I have needed to speak with someone. The office itself is clean and comfortable and conveniently located near the Ditmars Boulevard train station. As an added bonus there is an outstanding view of the Triborough Bridge from the hallway just outside the office. I have included numerous photos and a video that show the office environment where no patients or staff members appear in the images. I give Dr. Koutsospyros and his entire team my absolute highest five star plus recommendation for this truly incredible medical office!

I highly recommend this location for any needs of pain management all of the staff is always welcoming and all the doctors are great. They explain each process very well and treat whatever pain you have with much care.

The sweetest nurse Dr. Houston, Dr. Naemi the friendliest and sweetest doctors , very professional very kind makes you feel very comfortable. I can鈥檛 get over how I was treated today. It felt very good n touch with good feelings and I鈥檒l go back anytime. please if you ever need them call them or see them make an appointment if you really need them for any pain in your body. They鈥檙e the greatest. I came home feeling so good on the treatment that I received today. The customer service was top tier at this facility. Each staff member was eager and happy to assist myself and the other clients with professionalism and respect. The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. They鈥檙e especially accommodating with children. They take their time, explain things where you can understand and make it their mission to help you feel your best. This is top level service right in The Bronx.
