Everyone was so nice, the service was excellent and they accomodated what I needed that day, both consultation and injection, of course I was paying out of pocket, I was not going to deal with the delays of the insurance company.

I highly recommend this location for any needs of pain management all of the staff is always welcoming and all the doctors are great. They explain each process very well and treat whatever pain you have with much care.

It was a great experience, since the first appointment very profesional and efficient, good treatment , fast they schedule me an appointment for next day, friday, the service incredible , the waiting time perfect, and the doctor, Malwina Accardi, she explained everything during the process (Epidural Injection) very fast,
I am glad I find this place, I really recommend, Just one day after and I feel , better I can feel, I can finally walk normally without pain, after like 4 months dealing with 2 herniated disc, Thank you so much.

I didn't know what to expect when I came to this pain management office. I was in excruciating pain and desperately looking for help. From the very first phone call to schedule my appointment, I was met with kindness and empathy.
The medical assistant was professional, compassionate, and understanding, and the physician assistant showed me that same level of care. They listened to me and truly heard my cry for help. When the doctor came in to assess me, he was empathetic, patient, and took the time to listen to what I was going through. He heard me, understood my concerns, and was very relatable.
What meant the most to me was that I was treated like an individual and not just another patient or a hopeless case. When you are experiencing severe pain, being heard and treated with compassion makes a tremendous difference. I am truly grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and empathy I received from the entire team.

The doctors and staff at this office were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened to me explain my problem, and they offered several solutions and strategies. They took action right away and I felt like they cared, and that they were going to help me. Check in and paperwork was quick and easy. Then at the end they made sure that I understood everything that the doctors had said, and reviewed how to take the medication they prescribed. All in all the staff and doctors were very knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional.
